About Me
Hi there! I'm proud of you for seeking out a mental health counselor, and I'm excited to meet you. If you are navigating a difficult life transition or want to break cycles to live a healthier life, I would be honored to support you in achieving your goals.
I am an LPC-A who specializes in trauma and navigating life events. I work largely with teens and adults and strive to support my clients as they develop skills to live in congruence. I am EMDR trained and will utilize evidence-based practices while working together. I will provide an environment where you can feel safe and authentically you!
